Service Description

Starting a private practice can be extremely tiresome but rewarding! Let me help you start your business by identifying your niche and purpose! Please be advised the Leap Program consists of completing the Council of Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) Credentialing, the National Provider Identification Number, and two to three telehealth contracted positions at the cost of $250. Additional applications such as Medicare, Medicare, and other major insurance companies will cost an additional $25 per application. A de[posit of $75.00 to start your credentialing process, and the final payment will be due once the application process is completed. You can panel with individual insurance companies or apply to telehealth companies that are paneled with major insurance companies. Both options are beneficial, but there are pros and cons too. Suppose you do not want to worry about billing each company. In that case, the best route is contracting with a telehealth company but if you wish for a possible higher insurance payout, then panel with individual insurance companies. On your behalf, I will apply to up to 3 telehealth companies or 3 insurance companies. From my personal experience, I would contract with 1 to 2 telehealth companies and use Headway which panels with major insurance and afford you a higher insurance payout without the hassle of billing.

Cancelation Policy

No-Show, No-Call Policy: If you fail to attend our scheduled session without a 5-hour notice cancellation, you will be charged a $35 No-Show, No-Call fee. Failure to pay your No-Show, No-Call fee will make you ineligible to schedule another session until your balance with Journey to Oasis is cleared.
